Hi my dear subscribers,

I hope you’re all doing well. I just got back from an amazing trip to Ibiza and before you picture wild nights and non-stop parties, let me stop you right there. I was in bed by 10 PM every single night.

That’s actually why I love going this time of year. It’s still quiet, the island is stunning, and the swims? Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. Crystal-clear water, empty beaches, and that perfect sense of calm.

I’m putting together a little style newsletter soon with everything I wore in Ibiza, because I felt super inspired and, for some reason, I was in the mood to really dress up. Like, full-on outfit planning every day, don’t ask me why. Sometimes travel just does that to me.

But this week, I wanted to share five things I’ve been completely obsessed with lately. There are some fashion pieces, of course, but also a few daily essentials that have genuinely changed my life.

Let’s start with the LED mask and helmet from CurrentBody.

If you’re not familiar with LED light therapy, here’s the quick version: it uses different wavelengths of light (especially red light) to stimulate skin cells. It helps with collagen production, reduces inflammation, and boosts skin healing. In other words, it’s amazing for things like acne, scarring, and fine lines.

(get the mask)

The LED helmet is for your scalp, and it works in a similar way — stimulating blood flow and encouraging hair growth. Perfect if you’re dealing with thinning hair or hair loss.

Now let me say this clearly: I’ll never promote something I don’t actually use. I’ve been using both of these for six months now, and I see real results.

As many of you know from past newsletters, I’ve had ongoing struggles with acne and hair loss due to thyroid issues. These devices have genuinely helped. The mask has improved my skin texture, reduced breakouts, and even softened some acne scars. And the helmet? I’m seeing new growth, and my scalp feels healthier overall.

I’m not against surgery or injectables , everyone should do what feels right for them but personally, it’s not the path I want to take. I do one round of vitamin and exosome injections per year, but I don’t do fillers or hyaluronic acid. I prefer to support my skin with consistent, non-invasive routines and this has become a key part of that.

Also, I have to tell you… when I first started using the mask and helmet, I would hide in the bathroom so my boyfriend wouldn’t see me. I looked like some kind of robot. Now? I honestly don’t care. He’s used to it. My dog, however, still barks every time I put them on ,which is hilarious and mildly traumatizing for him, but we’re all adapting.

(get the helmet)

Yes, these devices are an investment but if you compare it to the price of in-clinic LED sessions, they pay for themselves quickly. And 10 minutes a day is totally manageable.

(get your brush, this is the miracle one but I am also using the universal one)

I also invested in two brushes from La Bonne Brosse, and let me tell you , they are game changers. I did my research, read way too much, and even went to try them in-store before finally committing.

I ended up buying two: the Miracle brush, which I use at the beach to detangle my hair, and the Universal brush for everyday use at home.

When I swim, I always dip my hair fully into the sea (because of course I do), so right after, I apply some leave-in conditioner and gently brush it through with the Miracle. If I can, I rinse my hair with fresh water — but even if I can’t, this brush helps so much. I basically carry it with me everywhere in the summer. It’s become a little ritual.

At home, once I’ve washed and dried my hair, I use the Universal brush. Don’t ask me exactly what makes it so special ,all I know is my hair has never been shinier. The frizz I usually battle with? Gone. I swear it makes my hair look like I just left a blow-dry bar.

Yes, they’re expensive. Yes, it felt a little ridiculous spending that much on a brush. But honestly? Totally worth it. The shine, the softness, the no frizz… priceless.

I’m now so attached to these brushes, if someone tried to borrow one, I might actually bite them. (Half-joking. Mostly.)

( get the bag)

If you’ve been reading my newsletters for a while, you probably know this already: I don’t own a lot of black bags. I have big black totes, yes but those easy, day-to-night bags that add a touch of chic without being too casual? That’s what I was missing.

And sure, I have a pretty generous designer bag collection (thank you, job perks ), and yes, I’m lucky enough to receive some beautiful gifted pieces. But I also love finding bags I actually want to carry , without having a heart attack at checkout.

Recently, I discovered a brand called Verafied, and I’m honestly obsessed. They have a bunch of styles, but I went for their classic black bag , the one I actually needed. It’s that perfect size: not mini, not oversized, and super functional. You can’t tell from photos, but it fits a lot. I usually carry my wallet, keys, a small water bottle (yes, really), and a few essentials, and it all fits without bulging or looking bulky.

Originally, I wanted the beige suede version with the brown strap (so chic), but I went practical and chose black and I’m so glad I did. It goes with everything, and the design is just right: minimal but elevated, structured but not stiff. The gold lock detail adds a bit of edge, and you can adjust the strap depending on your vibe, longer for daytime, shorter at night for a more polished look.

Best part? It’s under 300 euros. For the quality and the design, it’s honestly one of the best deals I’ve found in a long time. I already have my eye on their black belted tote for days when I need to carry more.

So yes, this was basically a love letter to a bag but when something checks all the boxes, I just have to share it.

( shop my Arizona Love capsule)

And of course, I had to include a few pieces from my Arizona Love capsule.

I literally wear them every day. Not all at once (well, not always), but these pieces have become such staples in my wardrobe, and I’m genuinely so proud of this collection.

What I love most is how easy they are to mix and match with everything I already own. Because the tones are neutral, they work with other brands, different styles, and across all kinds of looks , which is exactly what we wanted when Chiara Totire and I designed it together.

There’s something magical that happens when I get to design for a brand and they give me full creative freedom , it allows me to bring to life the pieces I’ve always dreamed of. And this capsule is exactly that. These are the pieces that were missing from my wardrobe, and now? I literally live in them.

I wear the shorts with everything: a tee, a crisp white shirt, a denim shirt, a cozy jumper… whatever I’m in the mood for. The gilet is so versatile too , I’ve thrown it over a dress, paired it with a white tank and jeans, even layered it for evening. And honestly? The full look is just so good. Effortless but cool.

And I can’t forget the bag and the sandals. I wear them constantly , they’re practical, comfortable, and go with absolutely everything. The kind of pieces you don’t have to think twice about, because they just work.

I’m so happy with how the collection turned out , not just because I helped create it, but because I truly love and wear every single piece.

Now let’s talk about a few pieces I’ve found online recently.

I’m completely obsessed with this one dress , it’s so simple, so chic, and exactly the kind of piece I love. The moment I saw it, I imagined myself wearing it from day to night. You know me, I often leave the house in the morning without the slightest idea of when I’ll be back, so I need outfits that can adapt to whatever the day throws at me.
