So, as I promised a few weeks ago after sharing my daily beauty routine (read it here), today I’m going to walk you through my entire night routine that I’ve been mastering for years. Plus, I’ll be sharing some super affordable tricks that are my little secrets to looking youthful—like how I wake up with plump lips that last all day without injections or surgery, how to quickly remove dark under-eyes, and all the other tips I’ve picked up during my 35 years of life.

One of the best things I’ve invested in is a silk pillowcase (shop the one I am using here). It’s made such a difference in how my skin feels in the morning. Cotton pillowcases absorb all the products you apply to your face, which can leave your skin feeling dry, but silk keeps my skin hydrated overnight. I also make sure not to go straight to bed after applying my products. I give my skin a good 20-30 minutes to absorb everything. During this time, I might meditate, switch off my phone, read a bit, or have a relaxing tisane. This part of my night is so important because it helps me unwind and prepare for rest. My night beauty routine isn’t just about skincare—it’s a whole process of self-care and relaxation, which puts me in the right mood for a good night’s sleep.

Now, let’s get into the actual routine. Since I moved to a place with cleaner air, my skin has been less grey and I rarely wear makeup. During the day, I just prep my skin with lots of SPF, but since SPF can clog pores, at night, I always do a double cleanse. I start with coconut oil (shop here) to remove any cream, dirt, and SPF. If I have makeup on, I use a microfiber glove (shop here) to ensure my skin is completely clean. After that, I follow up with the regenerating cleanser from Tata Harper ( shop here). It has little exfoliating grains that really help with open pores and skin texture. I use it every night.

If I wear makeup during fashion week, I’ll do a deeper cleanse. I also love the resurfacing mask from Tata Harper (get here), which I use for five minutes. It’s pure magic for cleansing and resurfacing the skin. Sometimes, on busy days, I’ll use the Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask (shop here) to keep my skin clean without drying it out.

Next, I apply the Glycolic Acid Toner from The Ordinary (here). It’s worked wonders for my acne scars and skin clarity—I’ve received so many compliments since I started using it. If my skin is irritated, I’ll spray on a mist from Mantle called “Skin Drink”(shop here), It’s vegan and full of amazing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to keep my skin hydrated and balanced.

After the toner, I apply the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream (here). A tiny bit goes a long way, and it really works. I’ve been using it for years, and it’s one of those staples I always come back to. Then I use The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid Serum (here) for hydration or I want to focus on anti-aging, I use the Retinol Serum from Mantle (here), which has given me amazing results. I also apply the Dior Capture Hyalushot Serum (here) around my eyes, from the cheekbones to the sides of my eyes (not underneath), and on my nasolabial folds. It’s very concentrated and smooths the skin, so you wake up super hydrated and lifted. It’s a miracle worker—just a tiny bit makes a huge difference.

Finally, I love using Cicaplast (here). I know some people say it causes acne, but for me, it’s a miracle cream. It helped heal my damaged skin and is super affordable, lasting about two months.

Here’s a little secret for plump lips: sometimes I use a dry toothbrush to gently scrub my lips before bed. This helps remove dead skin, and then I apply a bit
